Rate : $80/c2c or $68/w2
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP PP/PI Support Consultant to provide L2/L3 application support, maintenance, and enhancements for SAP PP/PI and Global Label Management solutions. The role involves ensuring stable production operations, resolving production issues, supporting S/4HANA projects, and driving continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide L2/L3 support for SAP PP/PI, including production orders, process orders, BOM, routing, recipes, work centers, and batch management.
· Resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and support AMS processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Service Request Management).
· Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation activities, including fit-to-standard workshops, solution design, testing, and deployment.
· Support MES integrations and Global Label Management solutions (SAP GLM/Loftware/TEKLYNX/BarTender or similar preferred).
· Troubleshoot label printing, barcode/QR code/RFID issues, and ensure regulatory labeling compliance.
· Monitor interfaces, batch jobs, SLAs, KPIs, and prepare service reports while driving continuous improvements.
· Collaborate with global business users, manufacturing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Required Skills:
· Strong SAP PP/PI functional expertise with AMS support experience.
· Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Activate methodology.
· Experience with MES integrations and enterprise labeling solutions is preferred.
· Good understanding of ITIL processes, SLA management, and RCA.
· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
