Title : SmartCOMM Architect / SME
Location : Richardson, TX (Hybrid)
Rate : $63/hr on W2
We are seeking an experienced SmartCOMM Architect/SME with 10 years of experience to lead the design, development, implementation, and support of Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions using Smart Communications (SmartCOMM).
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead SmartCOMM architecture, solution design, configuration, and implementation.
· Design and develop SmartCOMM templates, correspondence, workflows, and document composition solutions.
· Manage SmartCOMM development teams, provide technical guidance, and ensure delivery of project milestones.
· Integrate SmartCOMM with enterprise systems using APIs, Java/.NET, middleware, and cloud platforms.
· Support platform upgrades, migrations, performance optimization, and production issue resolution.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable communication solutions across print, email, SMS, and digital channels.
Required Skills:
· Strong hands-on expertise in SmartCOMM, SmartCOMM Designer, Interactive and Batch Communications.
· Experience with CCM solutions, document generation, and communication workflows.
· Knowledge of Java/J2EE, REST APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON, SQL, Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
· Experience in regulated industries such as Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, or Healthcare.
· Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and technical mentoring skills.
Top 3 Responsibilities:
· Lead SmartCOMM architecture, design, and implementation.
· Manage and mentor the SmartCOMM development team.
· Deliver projects successfully within scope, timeline, and quality standards.
