Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to guide teams and the organization in adopting Agile
- frameworks and best practices.
- The Agile Coach will mentor teams, drive cultural transformation, and improve delivery efficiency across projects Coach and mentor teams on Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or Lean Facilitate Agile ceremonies Sprint planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives,
- Reviews Help teams adopt Agile mindset and improve collaboration Identify and remove impediments to tea
Must-Have Skills:
- Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- SDLC
- Agile tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Rally, etc.)
