Detailed Job Description:

·         1). Design| implement| and optimize Salesforce solutions that align with business needs and ensure client success.

·         2). Design and document well architected Salesforce solutions ensuring scalability| performance| and security

·         3). Development and deployment

·         4). Design and implement integrations with external systems using RESTSOAP APIs| middleware| and ETL tools.

·         5). Define data migration strategies and execution.

·         6). Oversee integrations and configuration

·         7). Collaborate with business analysts| product owners| and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

·         8). End-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects| including planning| execution| and deployment.

·         9). Code reviews and performance optimizations

·         10). Implement CICD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.

·         11). Manage version control and branching strategies.

·         12). Coordinate sandbox and production deployments.

·         13). Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients| providing technical advice and design direction.

·         14). Possess a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture| data model| security model| and integration patterns.

·         15). Plan and resolve tech debt

·         16). Evaluate and recommend third-party tools and AppExchange products.

·         17). Monitor system performance and proactively address bottlenecks.

·         18). Optimize queries| triggers| and workflows for speed and reliability.

·         19). Conduct regular health checks and system audits.

·         20). Ensure compliance with data governance| security policies| and regulatory requirements

·         21). Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and recommend adoption of new features.
