Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Field Workforce Management (WFM) and field/mobile workforce management tools. The candidate must have experience supporting technician scheduling, route and dispatch optimization, appointment/capacity management, or geofenced field-job execution.
· Field Workforce Management (WFM) – Field/mobile technician workforce management
· Business Analysis – Requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and solution support
· Technician Scheduling – Field resource and appointment scheduling
· Route & Dispatch Optimization – Workforce and job assignment optimization
· Appointment / Capacity Management – Field capacity planning and scheduling
· Geofenced Job Execution – Location-based field service workflows
· Field Service Platforms – Salesforce Field Service, Oracle Field Service/TOA, ClickSoftware, ServiceNow FSM, or IFS/Clevest
