We're seeking a Warehouse & Procurement Coordinator/Manager who thrives in a fast-paced
environment, has strong organizational skills, and understands the needs of field technicians and project
managers in the low-voltage industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy and cleanliness.
- Manage procurement and purchase orders for materials, tools, and equipment.
- Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and logistics with vendors and field teams.
- Track shipments, backorders, and lead times to prevent project delays.
- Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate pricing for materials and parts.
- Monitor project material requests and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Organize and label stock for easy access and accountability.
- Support field teams by preparing job kits and ensuring proper documentation.
- Work closely with accounting and project management to manage budgets and reconcile invoices.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in warehouse coordination, procurement, or logistics (preferably in low
voltage, electrical, or construction industry).
- Strong understanding of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, DAS and intrusion alarm materials.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and vendor negotiation abilities.
- Experience using tools like , Excel, or other inventory management systems.
- Forklift certification or ability to become certified (preferred).
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
