This position is full-time with pay starting at $13/hour. Full-time employee benefits include Medical, Dental and Vision insurance options, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off/vacation.
Responsibilities
- Sort and scan/copy paperwork
- Post and balance Factory Receivable
- Handle invoice/payment processing with accuracy
- Review and approve payments as needed
- Data entry
- Reconcile accounts
- Vendor management
Qualifications
- Previous accounting/dealership experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Highly organized with eagerness to improve
- Willingness to take initiative
- Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks easily
- Work with all levels of employees
