What You’ll Do:
• Support and coach individuals in daily living skills, wellness, recovery, and independence
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to direct care staff
• Help create a safe, supportive, and person-centered residential environment
• Promote self-advocacy, healthy coping skills, and community integration
• Assist with scheduling, team support, documentation, and program operations
• Make a meaningful difference every single day

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1 year of related experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Ability to obtain and maintain MHRT-1 certification
