At the heart of assisted living is dignity, compassion, and connection. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you’ll play a vital role in ensuring residents receive high-quality care while supporting their independence and well-being.
What You’ll Do
- Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight to residents
- Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Monitor health status and respond to changes in condition
- Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, and families to ensure coordinated care
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical standards
- Active RN license (state-specific)
- Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or senior services preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care

- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
