Ascension Search Partners is partnering with a high‑growth, PE‑backed healthcare services company to hire a Director of FP&A. This role reports to senior leadership and is central to driving financial performance, strategic planning, and value creation across a complex, multi‑site platform.
This is a hands‑on finance business partner role for someone who thrives in fast‑moving environments and enjoys translating financial and operational data into clear, executive‑level insights.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with leadership to drive revenue optimization, cost control, and operational efficiency
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning
- Build financial models, scenario analysis, and unit‑economics views
- Support board materials, investor reporting, and strategic initiatives including M&A
- Improve reporting, forecasting, and analytics as the business scales
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience
- Healthcare services experience required
- Experience in a PE‑backed or high‑growth environment
- Prior people leadership or Big 4 / consulting background
- Strong modeling skills and executive‑level communication
