How you’ll make an impact in this role

Manage the administrative aspects of the sales process, answers questions about the community?s apartments and speaks with prospective residents and their families.

  • Achieve individual sales goals and targets (call-outs, appointments, sales, closings, etc.) Develops and maintains relationships with and generates leads through residents, family, and professional referral sources.
  • Manage lead, sales presentations, closing sales, and meeting monthly sales expectations. Maintain and/or improves the occupancy level and revenue production of the community in accordance with marketing and business plans.
  • Partner with other sales team members and community management to plan, coordinate, and implement monthly prospect and/or referral source activities and events.
  • Work in collaboration with other sales team members in developing and executing sales plans to achieve community occupancy goals.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
