How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Collect and manage resident data to support care planning, ensure compliance with treatment standards and privacy regulations, and provide required information to authorized third parties.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient charts and medical records while collaborating effectively within an interdisciplinary care team.
• Stay current with federal, state, and local long-term care regulations, including certification, licensure, accreditation, Medicare, and Medicaid requirements.
• Support survey readiness and compliance by participating in CMS survey processes, promoting ongoing preparedness, and training staff to develop comprehensive, MDS-coordinated care plans tailored to resident needs.
  
  

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  
  

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
