How you’ll make an impact in this role
- Lead all accreditation survey activities to ensure organizational accreditation.
- Implement strategies to meet external quality and safety standards; manage data and outcomes reporting.
- Manage compliance, reporting data, and auditing processes against regulatory requirements.
- Direct communication and system-wide knowledge transfer of accreditation and regulatory data.
- Manage staff relations, performance, scheduling, recruitment, and payroll.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Quality Professional preferred.
- Registered Nurse preferred.
- Rehab Therapist specializing in Occupational Therapy (OTR) preferred.
- Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy (RPT) preferred.
- Risk Management preferred.
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
2 years of experience in leadership and quality management
Regulatory knowledge
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Google documents
