How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Lead the creation and rollout of comprehensive policies, procedures, and long-term clinical strategies.
• Structure operations to ensure services remain high-quality and cost-effective, maintaining a delicate balance between clinical outcomes and budgetary health.
• Implement operational frameworks that ensure service delivery consistently meets or exceeds organizational productivity benchmarks.
• Provide direct oversight to clinical department heads, ensuring accountability and professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-departmental services to ensure 100% adherence to all contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Execute ongoing audits and maintain robust quality control programs to proactively identify and fix operational bottlenecks.
  
  

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Practical/Vocational Nurse preferred.
• Registered Nurse preferred.
  
  

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
