How you’ll make an impact in this role
- Clinical Operations: Direct workflows, resources, and the implementation of clinical programs for assigned long-term care units.
- Compliance & Quality: Monitor quality indicators and managed admissions and transfers to ensure adherence to State and Federal regulations.
- Personnel Management: Oversee hiring, orientation, and disciplinary actions while communicating policies and routines to clinical staff.
- Administrative Oversight: Manage nursing budgets and facilitated continuing education initiatives to maintain care standards.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- BLS Provider preferred.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
- 5 years of experience required.
- 10 years of experience preferred.
- 2 years of leadership or management experience required.
- 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
