To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following:
- 1-2 years of caregiver experience with a home care agency, assisted living facility, nursing home, or adult foster care
- Reliable transportation to go to and from work sites
- A valid driver's license and proof of valid automobile insurance
- Availability to work evening, weekends, and holidays, if needed
- Experience using Hoyer lift or other assistive device
- Ability to lift 15 pounds
- Experience working with individuals with varying care needs and disabilities
