Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is proud to partner with a well-established South Florida law firm in its search for an experienced Real Estate Attorney. This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney seeking a sophisticated real estate practice with a collaborative team and a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate transactions.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing.
- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, financing documents, and development agreements.
- Conduct title, survey, and due diligence reviews.
- Coordinate and manage commercial real estate closings.
- Advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and land use matters.
- Work directly with lenders, developers, investors, and corporate clients.
- Prepare legal opinions, correspondence, and transactional documents.
- Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice groups to provide strategic legal counsel.
- Maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional legal service.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
- 4 years of commercial real estate experience at a law firm.
- Experience handling sophisticated commercial real estate transactions independently.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
