Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal for our client’s Orlando, FL office.
Job Summary
The Real Estate Paralegal supports attorneys in a complex commercial real estate practice by assisting with transactional matters, including purchase and sale transactions, loan documentation, and closing coordination. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and analytical skills who can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in preparing and reviewing closing documents for commercial and residential real estate transactions
• Support preparation and review of loan documents, including UCC financing statements
• Coordinate real estate closings, including maintaining checklists and managing documentation
• Review and analyze title and survey documents and prepare objection letters and memoranda
• Conduct due diligence, including obtaining zoning reports, compliance letters, and search results
• Order and review UCC, judgment, and lien searches
• Conduct lease reviews and prepare lease abstracts
• Manage filing, recording, and organization of legal documents
• Prepare closing binders and assist with post-closing matters
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and third parties to ensure smooth transaction execution
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal in a law firm
• Strong title and survey review experience
• Knowledge of commercial real estate transactions and closing processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• High level of professionalism and client service orientation

• Ability to perform standard office functions, including typing and computer use
• Regularly required to communicate verbally and in writing
