The Legal Operations Analyst will serve as a central operational resource for the legal team, helping ensure seamless matter management, legal request intake, billing oversight, vendor coordination, and knowledge management. Key Responsibilities
• Administer legal technology platforms, including matter management systems, billing tools, intake systems, and document repositories
• Maintain and optimize SharePoint sites, dashboards, and centralized knowledge management tools
• Ensure integrations between legal technology platforms and company-wide systems such as finance, compliance, and procurement
• Manage user access, permissions, and security compliance across legal systems
• Provide training, troubleshooting, and ongoing support to legal technology users
• Oversee legal matter intake and triage to ensure timely review and assignment of legal requests
• Implement process automation to improve efficiency in contract workflows, legal approvals, and request tracking
• Standardize legal department procedures and maintain documentation such as templates, policies, and reference materials
• Support outside counsel management, including billing oversight, rate tracking, and performance monitoring
• Manage legal spend tracking and budget reporting to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with billing guidelines
• Prepare legal spend analytics and reporting to provide insights for leadership
• Assist with forecasting and planning for the legal department budgets
• Oversee the legal inbox and request intake process, ensuring inquiries are tracked, prioritized, and resolved efficiently
• Develop intake systems that streamline and prioritize legal support requests
• Act as a liaison between legal and business teams to route requests to the appropriate attorneys
• Build and maintain legal department dashboards and analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement
• Support metrics-driven initiatives related to workload distribution, vendor management, and contract efficiency
• Maintain legal templates, policies, and contract resources to ensure they are current and easily accessible
• Assist in compliance monitoring and regulatory reporting
• Develop and maintain self-service legal resources and training materials for internal teams
Qualifications
• 2 years of experience in legal operations, legal technology administration, or corporate legal support
• Proficiency with legal technology platforms such as Brightflag, SharePoint, or similar systems
• Experience with matter management, vendor relations, and legal spend tracking
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insights from legal data
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and project management abilities
• Experience working in a fast-paced corporate legal environment preferred

The base salary range for this position depends on experience and location. Final compensation will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications. This role may also be eligible for additional compensation, including bonuses or restricted stock units, subject to company plans.
