The ideal candidate will have experience handling all phases of litigation, either independently or as part of a collaborative team. Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to proactively manage a caseload and deliver exceptional client service.
Qualifications:
- minimum of 4 years of construction litigation experience.
- Ability to independently manage and prioritize matters.
- Excellent academic credentials and strong written and oral advocacy skills.
- Florida Bar admission required.
