Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate for a premier law firm's New York office.
Position Overview
Our client is seeking an associate with 3 years of sophisticated commercial litigation experience to join its highly regarded litigation practice. This role offers exposure to complex, high-stakes litigation matters while working alongside accomplished litigators in a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school.
3 years of commercial litigation experience.
Active New York Bar admission required.
Experience handling all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Outstanding academic credentials.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $220,000–$365,000 (commensurate with experience)
