Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and hardware components.
- Assist with the setup and deployment of new computers and equipment.

Qualifications

- Experience with troubleshooting hardware components including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
