The agency is currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to provide assessments and medical care for clients.
PT Weekends Nurse
Full Time Health Services Nurse 8a-4p (Mon- Fri)
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assesses client’s medical issues, using good clinical judgment, and coordinates and facilitates the client’s use of most appropriate higher level of care facility to meet his/her needs, as the situation warrants.
- Implements standing orders and coordinates with physician as needed.
- Input all medical information and documentation in Agency software/computer program according to agency standards.
- Demonstrates knowledge, proficiency, and flexibility in performing nursing duties in all programs throughout the agency.
Qualified candidates must have a current GA Nursing license.
