Confidential Search | Vice President of Marketing

A high-growth alternative investment platform is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to build and scale a performance-driven marketing engine targeting RIAs, multi-family offices, and institutional allocators.

This is a high-impact, builder role with direct access to executive leadership, responsible for driving measurable pipeline, not just brand activity.

Your role:

• End-to-end marketing strategy across brand, demand generation, lead capture, nurture, and client retention
• LinkedIn-led thought leadership and content strategy driving consistent audience growth and engagement
• Multi-channel campaigns targeting RIAs and MFOs with clear pipeline and ROI accountability
• Lead generation infrastructure including landing pages, conversion optimization, and CRM-driven attribution
• Sales enablement content and messaging aligned to advisor pain points and allocator decision-making
• Conference, event, and advisor engagement strategy tied directly to business development outcomes
• Ongoing performance analysis, optimization, and reporting to executive leadership

Qualifications & Skills

• 7 years of B2B marketing experience with exposure to alternatives, asset management, or wealth
• Proven track record of building and scaling pipeline through marketing initiatives
• Ability to operate as both strategist and hands-on executor in a fast-paced environment
• Strong content capabilities—able to translate complex investment strategies into clear, compelling messaging
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and performance tracking
• Deep understanding of the RIA and allocator ecosystem strongly preferred
