Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive key aspects of the month-end and year-end close
- Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and internal reporting
- Analyze financial performance and investigate variances
- Support external audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Identify and implement process improvements and control enhancements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance and operational teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3–6 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to work through large data sets
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
