Overview
We’re seeking a Plant Engineering Manager to lead Engineering & Maintenance for a manufacturing operation in the roofing / building materials space.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Engineering & Maintenance teams
- Drive equipment reliability & preventative maintenance (PM/TPM)
- Implement Lean (5S, Kaizen, SMED)
- Oversee process improvements (uptime, quality, throughput)
- Manage CAPEX / capital projects
- Ensure safe operation of plant systems & utilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Engineering (required)
- 10 years in plant engineering / maintenance leadership
- Manufacturing background (roofing, plastics, or continuous process preferred)
- Experience with Lean reliability programs capital projects
- SAP / CMMS a plus

Salary : $150,000 - $160,000
