Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for private banking clients, delivering exceptional white-glove client service
- Assist clients with day-to-day banking needs including account opening, account maintenance, wire transfers, ACH transactions, and money movements
- Support Relationship Managers and Private Bankers with client onboarding and relationship management
- Process and review new account documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Handle client requests related to deposit accounts, treasury services, debit/credit cards, and online banking access
- Coordinate loan documentation and assist with consumer, residential, and commercial lending requests as needed
- Monitor account activity and proactively identify client needs or service opportunities
- Maintain strong knowledge of bank products and services to provide appropriate recommendations and solutions
- Ensure compliance with BSA, AML, KYC, and all internal banking policies and procedures
- Partner with internal departments including operations, compliance, lending, and treasury management to ensure seamless client experience
- Resolve client issues promptly while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion
- Support cross-selling efforts and help deepen client relationships across the private banking platform
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2 years of banking experience within private banking, retail banking, wealth management, or financial services
- Experience with account opening, account maintenance, money movements, and client servicing
- Strong understanding of banking products including deposits, treasury services, and lending solutions
- Knowledge of BSA, AML, KYC, and regulatory banking requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong client service mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-touch client environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking platforms
- Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Portuguese strongly preferred
