Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain marketing databases, CRM platforms, and prospecting tools to ensure data integrity and efficient audience segmentation.
- Build and execute targeted outreach campaigns across multiple audience segments and stages of the sales funnel.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows, lead nurturing programs, and marketing sequences designed to improve engagement and conversion.
- Partner closely with business development and relationship management teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales activity.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve audience engagement, lead quality, and conversion rates.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide visibility into pipeline activity, marketing effectiveness, and business development efforts.
- Analyze funnel performance, identify gaps and drop-off points, and recommend strategies to improve overall effectiveness.
- Leverage AI and marketing automation tools to enhance personalization, operational efficiency, and campaign execution.
- Support ongoing process improvement initiatives, system integrations, and marketing technology enhancements.
- Prepare regular reporting and performance analysis for senior leadership.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, CRM management, business intelligence, or a related analytical function.
- Strong experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable CRM platforms.
- Experience managing marketing automation, audience segmentation, workflow design, and lead nurturing programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Comfortable working with large datasets, reporting platforms, and marketing technologies.
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple business functions.
- It is preferred that you have financial services, asset management, wealth management, professional services, or other relationship-driven industries.
- Also preferred experience with prospect intelligence, market research, or business development data platforms.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics, attribution reporting, and campaign performance measurement.
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
