  • Temporary assignment, 6 months plus with possible perm conversion
  • onsite Englewood, NJ M-F 9:30 - 6pm with some flex on the working hours
  • Assist the CFO as needed
  • AP, P&L, Balance Sheet, Journal Entries, Financial Statement Review, Financial Modeling
  • Mail, Data Entry, Filing
  • Oversee the books for their sister company as well
  • Understand their methods of tracking companies in QuickBooks
  • Understand their digital filing system
  • Heavy with special projects
  • Must be aware of and good with AI
  • Must speak English very clearly. Spanish a plus
  • Must be organized, pleasant, easy going
  • Must be strong with Excel and QuickBooks
  • Small company, 15 FT employees
  • ******Real Estate Development (Land Development) industry experience is strongly desired
