About the Role:

Job Title: Workday Consultant

Project Overview:

This initiative is a large-scale, enterprise-wide ERP transformation focused on replacing the legacy PeopleSoft Finance ERP system with Workday Financials. The program scope includes Workday Core Financials, Expenses, Procurement, Accounting Center, Workday Prism Analytics, Integrations, and Reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Support design, configuration, and build activities within Workday Financials
• Configure and manage Accounting Center rules and financial mappings
• Configure finance-related business processes across modules
• Support integrations using Workday integration tools
• Develop custom financial reports and reporting solutions
• Participate in system testing phases (SIT, UAT) and go-live activities
• Ensure proper security configuration across Financials and Prism Analytics

Required Qualifications:

• 4 years of hands-on experience in Workday Financials (Core Modules)
• Strong expertise in Accounting Center (rule creation & financial mappings)
• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics (configuration & security)
• Deep understanding of the Workday Security model
• Experience with EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder)
• Experience with Core Connectors
• Experience building custom reports
• Strong integration experience within the Workday ecosystem

Preferred Qualifications:

• End-to-end Workday Financials implementation experience
• ERP migration experience (PeopleSoft to Workday preferred)
• Strong finance domain knowledge
• Experience working in large enterprise transformation programs
• Hands-on configuration experience (not purely functional/consultative)

Salary and Other Compensation:The annual [salary/hourly rate] for this position is between [$110,000-120,000 annually]/[$60.00-65.00 per hour]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
