About the role
Job Title : Technical Lead
Location : Vancouver, WA
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Lead Systems Engineer to manage and optimize our infrastructure and server environment. This role involves leading a ticketing team, ensuring smooth operations of systems and servers, and driving improvements in reliability and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of 8 engineers in managing system and server operations.
- Oversee ticketing workflows and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory (AD).
- Administer and troubleshoot Hyper-V and VMware virtualization platforms.
- Ensure high availability and performance of infrastructure systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices for system security and scalability.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong expertise in Windows Server administration and Active Directory.
- Experience with virtualization technologies.
- Proven experience in systems engineering and infrastructure management.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $100,000 to $112,000 USD annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
