Position: Real Estate Paralegal
Location: Livingston, NJ
Work Type: 100% Onsite
Experience Required: 5 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing
- Prepare and review real estate agreements, closing documents, and ancillary documentation
- Coordinate real estate closings and manage closing checklists and binders
- Work with third parties on title, surveys, UCC searches, environmental reports, and zoning matters
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical files
- Facilitate communication between clients, attorneys, and external parties
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
- Strong knowledge of commercial real estate documents and closing procedures
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site, fast-paced office setting

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position can be between $80,000- $120,000 base annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Salary : $80,000 - $115,000
