Plumbing Manager

We are a growing MEP Company, looking to bring on a Plumbing Manager for our Plumbing Division. Specifically, we are looking for someone with 10 years of experience within the plumbing space with 5 years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and supervise plumbing technicians and other staff; foster a positive and productive work environment; and develop and implement company policies.
• Oversee daily operations for both service and construction plumbing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. This includes scheduling, dispatching, and coordinating resources.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports; monitor key financial metrics like revenue and job costing; and control costs to improve profitability.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors; support sales and bidding efforts; and identify new market opportunities.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in the plumbing industry, often with a background as a licensed journeyman or master plumber.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.
• Expert knowledge of plumbing systems and techniques.
• Strong business acumen, including financial management and P&L responsibility.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills

The annual salary for this position is between 225k-250k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
