About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to join our team in Rancho Cordova, 95742. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing payroll, answering employee inquiries, and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
Job Title
Payroll Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Answers routine to moderately complex employee questions regarding payroll.
- Utilizes the HROPS email box to correspond with payroll requests from employees and locations.
- Communicates and follows up with all location payroll representatives to ensure accurate timesheet entries.
- Processes garnishments through and ensures compliance.
- Inputs data for new hires, terminations, pay changes, and promotions.
- Prepares various payroll and management reports.
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
- 1-2 years of related experience in in-house payroll processing.
- Strong communication skills.
Desired Qualifications
- SAP experience is a plus.

Position Information
