We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join a fast-paced legal team supporting attorneys throughout all phases of personal injury litigation. Responsibilities
- Manage a litigation caseload under attorney supervision
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
- Coordinate court filings, calendaring, and case deadlines
- Prepare case summaries, demand packages, and litigation materials
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation and case strategy
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, experts, and court personnel
Qualifications
- 3 years of litigation paralegal experience preferred
- Personal injury litigation experience strongly preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and drafting skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Medical Malpractice experience is a plus!
The annual salary for this position is between $70,000 – $100,000. [Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.]
