- Receive inbound shipments and unload/organize inventory at the warehouse dock.
- Operate manual pallet jacks to move materials and inventory as needed.
- Perform inventory stowing and ingestion activities.
- Pick products accurately from designated inventory locations.
- Pack customer orders according to established packaging requirements.
- Label and prepare packages for final delivery.
- Stage completed packages for handoff to the delivery operations team.
- Maintain accurate inventory and order records.
- Follow established warehouse safety, organization, and operating procedures.
- Meet required takt time, productivity, and order fulfillment SLAs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and workflow.
- Collaborate with warehouse teammates, site leadership, and delivery operations personnel.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, logistics, inventory, or e-commerce environment.
- Prior warehouse packing and receiving experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform manual material handling throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift and handle packages weighing up to 49 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled weekends and holidays as required.
- Ability to follow established processes and meet operational deadlines.
- Previous experience working in a high-volume fulfillment center.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Experience using RF scanners or handheld warehouse technology.
- Manual pallet jack experience or related equipment certification.
- Experience supporting a warehouse launch, startup, or new-site operation.
- Prior experience in e-commerce fulfillment.

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $30000
$35000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
