Insurance Defense Attorney | Philadelphia / Willow Grove, PA (Hybrid) | $150,000-$220,000/ Annually bonus and benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a caseload of insurance defense and civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Defend clients in automobile liability, premises liability, general liability, and personal injury matters.
- Analyze claims, liability, damages, coverage issues, and available defenses.
Qualifications:
- 1-5 years of civil litigation or insurance defense experience preferred.
- Candidates with backgrounds in personal injury defense, commercial litigation, general liability, premises liability, automobile defense, or other civil litigation are encouraged to apply.
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
Salary and Other Compensation:
- The annual salary for this position is between $150,000-$220,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
