About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead large, complex construction projects, especially mission-critical and data center builds. This role requires strong leadership, technical depth, and the ability to drive schedule, budget, safety, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery and daily field operations
- Manage GCs, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams
- Drive planning, milestones, risk mitigation, and problem-solving
- Oversee contracts, change orders, and cost control
- Ensure strict safety compliance and high-quality execution
- Maintain clear communication with internal/external stakeholders
Ideal Background
- 10 years as a Construction Manager on commercial projects
- Experience with data centers or mission-critical environments
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and commissioning
- Proven track record delivering large projects ($100M–$500M)
- OSHA 30 & NFPA 70E
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; PMI/PMP is a plus

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $165,000 – $185,000 USD annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
