Commercial Litigation Attorney | Wheaton, IL | $120,000-$150,000/Annually bonus and benefits

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle commercial and business litigation matters in state and federal courts.
- Draft and respond to discovery requests, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission.
- Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
Qualifications:
- 1-5 years of relevant experience in commercial or business litigation.
- Strong legal research, writing, discovery, and motion practice skills.
- Ability to manage assignments independently while working effectively within a collaborative team.
Salary and Other Compensation:
- The annual salary for this position is between $120,000-$150,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
