My client, a well known Boutique Commercial Litigation Firm, is seeking a talented Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney with 7 years experience in commercial litigation to join their growing Los Angeles office. WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice
- Handle cases with minimal supervision from inception through trial
- Coordinate diverse caseloads in commercial litigation, including initial client consultation, case strategy, discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal
- Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and briefs; conduct depositions; negotiate settlements
REQUIREMENTS
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admission to the California state bar required
- 7 - 10 years of experience in commercial litigation – bankruptcy exp is a plus but not required
Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $180-240k. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
