- Provide data support and maintenance activities across multiple environments.
- Create, manage, and resolve data-related tickets in alignment with project SLAs.
- Work closely with business and technical teams to support data needs for Member and Claims domains.
- Handle healthcare data transactions, including EDI formats such as 837 and 834.
- Perform SQL and database queries to troubleshoot, validate, and deliver data as required.
- Utilize TDM tools (such as Talend or similar) to manage and generate test data sets.
- Strong experience in TDM support.
- Solid healthcare domain knowledge, particularly in Claims and Member data.
- Hands-on experience with EDI transactions (837, 834).
- Proficiency in SQL and basic knowledge of MongoDB.
- Exposure to Talend or other workflow/TDM tools.
Familiarity with data pipelines and process automation.
