Your Impact
You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of daily trading operations:
- Resolve trade breaks and maintain accurate books and records
- Process allocations, corrections, and regulatory trade reporting (FINRA, SEC, MSRB, TRACE)
- Reconcile accounts and monitor error, average price, and reject accounts
- Review pre-trade rule violations and partner with traders on execution support
- Analyze counterparty costs and contribute to operational enhancements
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline
- Active Series 7 license required
- 1 to 4 years of experience supporting equity trading operations
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements
- Experience with Pershing systems and BI/AI tools is a plus
