Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid Nurse Case Manager role located in the Traverse City area, with some flexibility for remote work. The Nurse Case Manager will coordinate all aspects of injury-related care, advocate for their patients, and develop a care plan to manage care complexities.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and case management processes
- We can provide training and do pay for training as well
