We're seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) with strong relationships in the telecom consulting ecosystem. - Account Management: Oversee carrier relationships post-sale, providing IT support and utilizing our proprietary TEM tools to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing savings.
- Drive Revenue: Close deals that guarantee clients 20-45% monthly cost reductions or optimized solutions with strong ROI, turning transactional interactions into enduring partnerships.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, sharing insights with the team to refine our offerings and support company growth.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our experts to deliver exceptional, white-glove service that secures lifetime customer loyalty.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3 years in business development or sales within the telecom industry, ideally with Tier 1 ISPs or within the channel space. Proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation abilities; familiarity with telecom products (Internet Connectivity, Wireless, Wireline, Networking, Voice Solutions, UCaaS, CCaaS, etc.); ability to articulate value propositions and close deals.
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit with a hunger for growth; relationship-focused approach that prioritizes long-term partnerships over quick wins.
- Technical Know-How: Basic understanding of IT support and expense management tools; experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
