Job Summary :
The Executive Assistant will play a key role in supporting the CEO by managing administrative and strategic tasks, ensuring efficiency in daily operations, and handling high-priority projects. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who excels in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and exercises discretion in handling confidential matters.
Key Responsibilities :
Administrative & Calendar Management :
- Manage and maintain the CEOs complex calendar, prioritizing urgent matters.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring seamless logistics and preparation.
- Plan and oversee travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Keep the CEO informed of all daily meetings, calls, priorities, and deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications :
Education & Experience : High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
