At One Music Schools, music is our calling, and operations is our craft. We're a fast-growing company with 25 locations across the country—and we're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to help keep our leadership team running at full tempo.
About the Role:
As the Executive Assistant, you'll be the right hand to our executive team, helping with scheduling, communication, project coordination, and administrative tasks. This role also includes assisting with payroll processing, supporting HR-related responsibilities, and helping with data entry and organization for our growing number of mergers and acquisitions. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel for executives
- Support project timelines and follow up on key tasks
- Prepare reports, take meeting notes, and organize documents
- Assist with internal communication and special projects
- Help process payroll and support HR administrative tasks
- Assist with data entry, file management, and document organization for mergers and acquisitions
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the executive team
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 year of administrative, payroll, or HR support experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to anticipate needs
- Must be comfortable working onsite at our Draper, UT headquarters
Compensation & Benefits:
- $22/hour
- 30 hours/week
