Job Details
- Pay Rate: $16 - $19 Hourly, Depending on Experience
- Shift Options:
- 2nd Shift - 1 PM to 9 PM
- 3rd Shift - 9 PM to 5 AM
- Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Bilingual HR Assistant Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as the on-site liaison between Ascend Staffing, employees, and customers
- Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to employee and client needs
- Coordinate daily attendance, scheduling, and workforce reporting
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
- Support onboarding, orientations, and timekeeping processes
- Monitor performance and address issues professionally and promptly
- Utilize computer systems to track data, reports, and communications
Bilingual HR Assistant Qualifications & Requirements
Required:
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Computer-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Reliable, professional, and solution-oriented
Preferred
- Previous staffing, HR, or workforce management experience
- Experience working in an on-site or customer-facing role
- Familiarity with timekeeping or scheduling systems
