Duties

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing campaigns to promote products or services directly to potential customers
• Engage with community members through telemarketing calls and in-person visits to generate interest and appointments
• Utilize strong communication skills to clearly explain product benefits and answer customer questions
• Develop rapport with prospects, listen actively to their needs, and tailor your pitch accordingly
• Negotiate terms and close sales opportunities to meet or exceed targets
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, leads generated, and follow-up actions in company CRM systems
• Collaborate with team members to strategize outreach efforts and improve campaign effectiveness

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, canvassing, telemarketing, or customer service preferred
• Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership and team coordination skills
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse communities effectively
• Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate confidently
• Knowledge of marketing principles and fundraising techniques beneficial
• Ability to work independently outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods
• Excellent organizational skills to manage appointments, follow-ups, and detailed documentation

Pay: $250.00 - $1,200.00 per week
