Role Overview
We’re seeking a Business Development Representative to grow our partnerships and expand our referral network. This role focuses on outreach, relationship-building, and promoting our services to attorneys, medical providers, and community organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage outreach efforts.
- Represent Ascend at events, meetings, and networking functions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client coordination.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in business development, marketing, or relationship management (healthcare or legal field preferred).
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Self-motivated and organized.
- HubSpot CRM experience is a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
