Day-to-day Tasks of a Wireless Sales Associate
- Meet and talk with customers and recommend AT&T products and services
- Explain wireless plans, devices, upgrades, and promotions to sales customers
- Use a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs
- Deliver product demonstrations and answer customer questions
- Manage the sales process from initial conversation to activation or sales enrollment
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage referrals
- Track sales activity and consistently meet performance goals
Wireless Sales Associate Qualifications:
